Our principal, Colin Gare, is a business performance specialist with more than 20 years’ executive experience in enterprises of all sizes. He has worked extensively in manufacturing and financial services, and has also guided government, education and care institutions to build business excellence into everyday practice. He has a passion for creating high performance businesses which result in committed employees, delighted customers, and happy shareholders. He is an Australian Business Excellence Awards evaluator and former Chair of the Foundation which runs the Awards. In October 2017 he received the Brian Thomas Award for Contribution to Excellence in Australia and is one of Australia’s most experienced specialists in applying Business Excellence.
Recognising that one person can’t be all things to all people, Colin is supported by a strong network of associates in whom he has trust based on demonstrated capability and shared values. These are experts in similar or complimentary fields who we are confident recommending to our clients.
Colin is currently engaged full-time by the Victorian Department of Transport, but whilst he is not personally available at present, Gare Corporate is pleased to be able to refer potential clients to our expert network of specialists.
