CODE OF ETHICS

Gare Corporate, and all team members including our Network Partners, work under the following Code of Ethics:

CONFIDENTIALITY. We treat all client information as confidential, protect it accordingly, and neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during assignments, nor enable others to do so.
REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. We seek to establish realistic expectations about the results, benefits and probabilities of results and benefits of assignments.
CLARITY. We seek to ensure clear understanding between our clients, team and partners, so that all parties are fully aware of their respective and mutual requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
CAPABILITY. We only accept assignments that we have the skills, knowledge and resources to perform to a proper and professional standard.
COMMISSIONS. We do not accept commissions, remuneration or other benefits from any third party in connection with the advice we provide to clients.
CONFLICTING ASSIGNMENTS. We avoid acting simultaneously for clients with potentially conflicting interests, and immediately inform all affected parties if any such circumstances should arise.
