CODE OF ETHICS
Gare Corporate, and all team members including our Network Partners, work under the following Code of Ethics:
- CONFIDENTIALITY. We treat all client information as confidential, protect it accordingly, and neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during assignments, nor enable others to do so.
- REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS. We seek to establish realistic expectations about the results, benefits and probabilities of results and benefits of assignments.
- CLARITY. We seek to ensure clear understanding between our clients, team and partners, so that all parties are fully aware of their respective and mutual requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
- CAPABILITY. We only accept assignments that we have the skills, knowledge and resources to perform to a proper and professional standard.
- COMMISSIONS. We do not accept commissions, remuneration or other benefits from any third party in connection with the advice we provide to clients.
- CONFLICTING ASSIGNMENTS. We avoid acting simultaneously for clients with potentially conflicting interests, and immediately inform all affected parties if any such circumstances should arise.
